At ZOEYRENEE, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Returns:

1. Eligibility:

   • Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

   • Sale items, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Process:

   • To initiate a return, please select our contact button on front page with your order number and the reason for return.

   • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.

3. Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

   • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to  by your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
